I am Muna Hamood. Over thirty years working across corporate, consulting, and advisory environments, I have sat alongside leaders at every level of seniority. What I kept observing was the same thing, in different industries, different organisations, different decades. Accomplished women leading from effort rather than authority. Delivering consistently. Doubting quietly.

I did not always have that language, but I recognised the shape of it because I lived versions of it myself.
